Summer Art Camps – FAQs

What ages are these camps for?
Our camps are designed for ages 7–11 and 12–18. Students are grouped by age to ensure appropriate pacing and skill level.

Do students need prior art experience?
No prior experience is needed. All camps are thoughtfully guided and suitable for beginners as well as students with some art background.

What does my child need to bring?
Nothing at all. All materials are provided. We recommend a water bottle and clothes that can handle a little creativity.

Will my child complete finished artwork?
Yes. Each camp is designed so students complete meaningful, display‑worthy pieces they can proudly take home.

How many students are in each camp?
We keep group sizes small to medium to ensure individual attention, calm pacing, and a supportive environment.

Can my child attend more than one camp?
Absolutely. Many families choose multiple camps to deepen skills and creative confidence.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the camp start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a small processing fee.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the camp start date are not eligible for a refund, as materials and planning are already in place. However, credit may be offered at our discretion in case of illness or emergencies.

If Art by Deepa needs to cancel a camp for any reason, families will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another camp.
